Your pool is laid out on-site and excavated to the approved dimensions. Reinforcing steel is then installed to engineer specifications and inspected before construction continues.
A specialized crew applies 4,000 PSI gunite over the reinforced steel framework, creating the structural shell of your pool. The shell is then properly cured before the interior finish is applied.
All plumbing, electrical, and pool equipment are professionally installed and inspected to ensure optimal performance and code compliance.
Your selected waterline tile, coping, and decking are installed, transforming the construction site into your finished outdoor living space.
Your premium interior finish, whether Quartz or Pebble, is expertly applied to provide a durable, beautiful surface built to last.
Once the pool is filled, started up, and chemically balanced, we perform a final quality inspection and provide a complete walkthrough of your pool’s operation, equipment, and maintenance so you can confidently enjoy your new backyard oasis.
